Professor
Council received her BS degree in Psychology in 1992 from the University of Southern Mississippi. She got her MBA in
2001 from Baker College. She is working on a PhD in Higher Education Leadership
from Touro University. She really enjoys the online education format. It gives
you so much more freedom than the regular classroom set up does.
Professor
Council lives in a small town in South Mississippi. She has been married since 1996. She has a 7-year-old daughter, 3-year-old
son and a 13 month old daughter. She attends church and enjoys working in her
yard and playing with her 5 year old Dachshund-- Dauchy.
